Scouring hungrily for delicious fish head noodles? You must not miss visiting a popular stall in Taman Danau Desa that serves fish head noodles -- with ideal milk! This dish mainly consists of either steamed Soong Yee (carp fish, kepala besar), fried Soong Yee, or fish paste, Bihoon, salted vegetables, chopped tomatoes, and spring onions. Ideal milk and a dash of wine is added to the soup to give the dish a tangy, sweet and sour taste that makes the dish famous for.

Be sure to arrive at the stall early to avoid crowds, as the stall is usually pack with customers. If you are late, you may need to wait 15 minutes or so to get a table, or worse, not having to eat at all as the dish would then be sold out. Also, do prepare to pay quite a hefty price for the bowl of fish head noodles as it is rather expensive than other stalls (RM6.50 per bowl). It will be worthwhile in the end though, to be able to indulge in such milky goodness.

Oh and before I forget, there are two stalls selling this same dish. One is around Cheras Flats, and the new one is located at Taman Danau Desa.

The address are as follows:
Woo Pin Fish Head Noodles @ Ho A One Seafood Steamboat Restaurant (opposite S.K.Danau Perdana)
Jalan 1/109F, Taman Danau Desa Kuala Lumpur

Business Hours are:
7.30am – 2.30pm (closed alternate Mondays)
